The organization is all over the place. There are frequent changes with leadership, and that affects everything else. The pros are that it has some open source fans, and lots of big finance logos to speak of. The cons are numerous but include not being able to convert open source customers (self inflicted), having a lack of vision, being able to execute a vision, a lot of infighting, and a lack of communication. Whatever it says it will do it doesn't do. The GTM experience is one of the worst I've had. They don't train you well, can't answer questions about their product, have no impactful partnerships to speak of, have a razor thin budget for the important stuff (events, tools, marketing, etc). The list could go on, but overall, you're given almost nothing and expected to do a lot with it. I don't see this company having the potential to grow in any way and think it's likely on life support for the foreseeable future.

Pros: Good people, good and reasonable leadership, tech that's somewhat known in the market, some inbound leads that already use it, no one looks over your shoulder. Cons: Onboarding doesn't exist, complex tech, no compelling events, nice to have, very few really need it, still sorting out messaging.
