Current Employee My overall experience is that I was hired for an inbound role then the sales team was pushed into outbound cold calling 3 months later. Out of my 20-person onboarding class, there are 13 of us left after only 6 months. Many of us are on PIPs or being threatened with one. The company overhired and did not have the leads to support the growth so there have been huge company misses and turnover is extremely high as a result.
