Overall experience was decent. The startup culture presents challenges in navigating high growth, but the mission is an honorable one. More concise training on how to manage quota cases would be helpful, as you will spend a good amount of time ensuring you're compensated for your work throughout the role.

After previosuly being at a very cold corporate org this has been a breath of fresh air. I love Headway and everyone here. They truly value everyone. Not sure how long it'll last but it's been a great run.
