The first year a front loaded base is provided, that dwindles as the year goes on to a 100% commission format. Accounts in CRM are a bit like the wild wild west and prospecting for companies that have significant marketing budget that make out reach worth while are usually already taken. It can be tough to build a new book of business that can support a 100% commission structure in a reasonable time frame before your guarantee runs out.

100% commission. Too many reps competing for the same pie. Little to know inbound leads. Poor training. 401k match was removed at the hint of a recession and not brought back.
