Compensation just updated in January to new model in February where AE's can expect to make a lot less or do at least double in sales.

The sales atmosphere was fun and high energy. Leadership was great. The OTE was very hard to hit.

Terrible experience across the board. The manager that hired me was fired the day before I started, was told I would have a choice of the team I worked on and then was placed somewhere I didn't want to be, it was an all new business role in a market where agencies represent an overwhelming majority of ad spend so if you don't have agency relationships it's going to...Read More

100% commission. Too many reps competing for the same pie. Little to know inbound leads. Poor training. 401k match was removed at the hint of a recession and not brought back.
