Current Employee My overall experience was above average from a performance standpoint in time there. Met a lot of great people and luckily my immediate leadership was solid and didn’t turnover much.
Outside of that, leadership above them and in other regions in ALL departments was a rapid revolving door of people on a level I’ve never seen for an organization that’s 2500+ employees. I saw 5 different CROs in less than 2 years!
They even tried to launch an Enterprise division which was a complete disaster after the C-Suite realized they weren’t willing to make the investments needed to truly compete. Pulled a quick 180 on that and although the division still exists they are shooting in the dark without true Enterprise experience or processes.
It’s hard for everyone to row in the same direction when it seems like a rudderless ship (take notes, CEO).
It’s a shame because the product is solid and has potential. Customer support is above average for the industry. Definitely doesn’t have the brand recognition the bigger players have, though.
If they have consistent leadership and actually follow through with a game plan, there’s hope. Just be aware of the reality over the last few years. Browse Other Reviews
