iSpot does not value their employees or sales teams. Commissions are delayed, up to a full year and often retroactively changed without warning. iSpot will routinely lay off top performers in order to recoup their commissions. Comp plans are routinely changed and often retroactively. Commissions are withheld until the client pays, which is often twelve months. Commission payments are routinely delayed or incorrect, and if you leave or are terminated, outstanding payments are not paid.
