Next to zero opportunity to move into management unless you are willing to wait it out for 4-5 years. Yes, the commission is 70%, but most deals take anywhere from 3-6 months to close.

Constant turnover, and pressure to make you quit. 70% commissions sound nice if you’re making sales, but average sales value kept decreasing, and time to close sales kept extending the longer I stayed.
