Highly dysfunctional organization with no clear GTM, a nonsensical and unrealistic quota/goal setting process, a zero-accountability infectious attitude across most leadership positions, and most damaging - a very poor product-market fit within an already highly saturated AdTech industry. Would strongly advise against joining this sales org.

The organization is currently in a state of flux as they work to figure out if they can make the difficult transition from being a Managed Services provider to a Product company. Depending on how the new C-suite is able to navigate that transition will determine whether its a viable financial organization and worth working for.

I learned so much working at this company. Things were far from perfect but we figured it out. Grateful for the opportunity to positively impact the company and my fellow colleagues.
