I learned so much working at this company. Things were far from perfect but we figured it out. Grateful for the opportunity to positively impact the company and my fellow colleagues. Highly dysfunctional organization with no clear GTM, a nonsensical and unrealistic quota/goal setting process, a zero-accountability infectious attitude across most leadership positions, and most damaging - a very poor product-market fit within an already highly saturated AdTech industry. Would strongly advise against joining this sales org.
