I learned so much working at this company. Things were far from perfect but we figured it out. Grateful for the opportunity to positively impact the company and my fellow colleagues. Ultimately, product fit was a problem and there was a battle for power at the top of the organization. The company was making wrong decisions despite glaring evidence we were going in the wrong strategic direction. Still rooting for the Illumin team to find success.

The organization is currently in a state of flux as they work to figure out if they can make the difficult transition from being a Managed Services provider to a Product company. Depending on how the new C-suite is able to navigate that transition will determine whether its a viable financial organization and worth working for.

Highly dysfunctional organization with no clear GTM, a nonsensical and unrealistic quota/goal setting process, a zero-accountability infectious attitude across most leadership positions, and most damaging - a very poor product-market fit within an already highly saturated AdTech industry. Would strongly advise against joining this sales org.
