Current Employee Working at Income Technologies was one of the most discouraging professional experiences of my career. The culture, driven by top leadership, is toxic and demoralizing. Management is reactive, disorganized, and severely out of touch with the day-to-day challenges facing the sales team.
“Sprint” days were absurd—starting at 8 a.m. and dragging on past 10 p.m., often with little to no strategic direction. These marathons of activity were more about checking boxes than making real progress. Quotas were constantly shifting mid-quarter, often without explanation, making success feel arbitrary. There was little to no support for career development, and constructive feedback was either ignored or met with defensiveness.
If you're looking for a place with clear goals, supportive leadership, or a healthy work-life balance—this isn’t it. High turnover, burnout, and confusion are the norms.
Advice to Management: Respect your employees' time, set realistic and stable goals, and create a culture that fosters collaboration instead of fear.
