Great team and leadership. Ramping period was great. Does a great job to be inclusive, the rating is just for steps for future improvement, but not in a negative light. They are doing something great there.

The company has gone through many phases and distinctly different cultures. Especially in Sales the culture has been very blunt, unnecessarily harsh and not rewarding. At the time it was my main reason to leave. Since then the Sales leadership team has been revamped completely. The culture should be more constructive today.
