Depending on the org you support this is a great company. Business development and field orgs are much more flexible than the inside sales org, but the people in SC, ISR, BDR, Field, GTM, and all other supporting areas are generally invested in your growth and your success.

I generally like my role and my team, but Infor has been removing field reps and adding the responsibilities to the inside account managers but refusing to give pay raises for the added account ownership because they’re trying to cut cost
