Current Employee The comp is convoluted. The sales team’s target nearly impossible to hit and so far nobody has.
There are great perks and great people, but I don’t think anyone will actually achieve quota. It’s too bad because 3/4 of the culture is really cool.
I don’t know whether I’m an SDR or an AE most days. We do the same things with different but equally unrealistic pay schemes.
