Everything was going well, then they unexpectedly laid off all new hires within the quarter to show profitability.

The comp is convoluted. The sales team’s target nearly impossible to hit and so far nobody has. There are great perks and great people, but I don’t think anyone will actually achieve quota. It’s too bad because 3/4 of the culture is really cool. I don’t know whether I’m an SDR or an AE most days. We do the same things with different but equally unrealistic pay...Read More
