Commissions are now capped, two layoffs in the last calendar year and very limited movement into new roles/leadership. Would tread lightly, especially if SDR. Little upside to work here anymore.

The company grew too quickly, forced many changes throughout the org. CEO left, and culture seems to have gone with him. Compensation is well under the median and the company has implemented new rules of engagement that makes it difficult for reps to earn money and do daily functions of the job. Over nearly 5 years here I've loved aspects. Early on things were better, but as time has gone on, our compensation plans have been restructured to the point where at far above your attainment, you are making far less than a rep hitting quota or even just their base.
