Former Employee Low lead flow (or nonexistent). Lots of politics.
Mostly though, while on ramp I made a comment about improving aspects of the culture that "made it unwelcoming to the majority demographic". It's a white sales team. And I was let go the next business day because "You simply aren't a company fit. The decision has been made. It is not dependent on your performance." I recorded it for validation should I want to pursue something legal but it's not worth my trouble.
