Amazing product and amazing coworkers. Micro managers from top down who don’t know how to scale or coach. Leadership is more focused on actively closing rep deals. In order to be successful, reps need to be able to study skillsets and product on the side.

Great culture and leadership, flexible and independent work environment. No micromanagement and tons of support offered to grow. With that being said, still a grind and requires consistent input to see outcomes

Low lead flow (or nonexistent). Lots of politics. Mostly though, while on ramp I made a comment about improving aspects of the culture that "made it unwelcoming to the majority demographic".
