JMP management has made it incredibly difficult even to sell the product now, and management is clueless about managing the transition JMP is experiencing.
The CEO has started sending company-wide emails as a space squirrel to distract employees while not highlighting the main issues the company is facing.
The product is incredibly good but management are so incompetent that when customers want to buy, I tell them I cannot sell to them as our processes are so bad it doesn't let me.
To top it all off, management apply a huge amount of pressure for results as if nothing has changed.
Think long and hard before applying to work at JMP…
