Decent if you want to get starting in banking, look elsewhere if you are not the top performer in your market as you will be passed up for promotions even if you are a top 10 performer

Great brand and no shortage of leads. Outbound prospecting isn’t needed, Chase has customers walking the door all day long. Pay for a Business Relationship Manager is relatively low compared to what can be earned as an AE at a fintech company. I’m currently a BRM 1, pay increases substantially as a BRM 2 and BRM 3.
