Great brand and no shortage of leads. Outbound prospecting isn’t needed, Chase has customers walking the door all day long. Pay for a Business Relationship Manager is relatively low compared to what can be earned as an AE at a fintech company. I’m currently a BRM 1, pay increases substantially as a BRM 2 and BRM 3.

I enjoyed my time working at Chase as a Service-to-Sales Associate. I only left due to health conditions. Unfortunately, when I wanted to return, the role had been done away with. I believe it had a lot to do with controversial selling tactics that were being exposed in the Credit Card banking industry. Chase wasn’t an offender, as far as I knew.
