If you want to succeed here, you basically have to be the teacher’s pet. Quotas are changed mid-month, goals are completely unrealistic, and paychecks are rarely on time. When you ask to be reimbursed for bank fees caused by late payments, you’re ignored.
Most of the managers come from restaurant backgrounds and have little to no sales experience. They rely heavily on chat.openai.com just to get through basic tasks. The culture is toxic—everyone’s focused on self-preservation instead of teamwork.
