An absolute nightmare. Commission structure changed every single month, commission payments were always incorrect, leadership was essentially non existent and there was 4 weeks we went without even a base salary payment.

I worked at the company for 2.5+ years. Over that time, management has gotten worse and that trickled all the way down. They changed commission structure saying it was better when in fact you were making a fraction of the money you were before, managers loved to micromanage abf were also micromanaged themselves. Do no waste your time. This company is terrible. They retroactively change commission structure (illegal). They do not pay commission that was earned (illegal). The commission payout is 60 days after a selling month, and they are never correct. Upper management has no relevant business leadership experience.
