Current Employee1.4Oct 13, 2024My overall experience was great up until they merged with Patient Pop. After the merger, things completely changed. Lead quality is not the same, there are 100 different workflows to solve 1 issue which makes it’s confusing.

Current Employee3.0Jun 24, 2025Good product, but it needs a higher amount of inbound. SDR's come in extremely undertrained and inexperienced. AE's have to be full cycle to even hit 50% of quota.
