Current Employee4.1Jul 5, 2023My experience at Kareo (AKA Tebra) has been great. The fact that 70% of reps hit quota is great and it feels like a lot is invested into the culture. Only thing I would change is increase base to $60-65k and OTE to 105-$115k. I think that would be more fair for this position. Oh yeah, and I'd do 401(k) matching.

Current Employee1.4Oct 13, 2024My overall experience was great up until they merged with Patient Pop. After the merger, things completely changed. Lead quality is not the same, there are 100 different workflows to solve 1 issue which makes it’s confusing.
