Current Employee My overall experience at Tebra has been trending negatively. This was a good company when I started but over time it became worse and worse in terms of leadership. I've endured management blaming reps and pointing fingers while never giving us the tools we need to succeed. I recently went in and ran the numbers on salesforce and in my segment (Growth) only 20% of reps hit quota last month. This is embarrassing and not to mention the company's share value has gone down 1/6th or what it used to be. Not sure about the future of the company and I am so relieved to be out. It was a great place to start my career but I've watched as it has just gone downhill. None of the reps I talked to are happy anymore and no one is making even half decent money.
