My overall experience was rather interesting. I was hired in the U.S as the first Account Executive to grow the U.S Healthcare SME/Enterprise verticals, after their micro applications had been finished. When I got there, there was zero GTM strategy, marketing & sales alignment, and a barely had an MVP as a product. I ended up having to fly to Krakow to meet the product team to figure out how to sell the damn thing. Avoid C-Suite.

Kontakt.io is a growing company and definitely has potential for a start-up. I love the work-life balance and the team, however, there is no room for growth. No one on the SDR team has been promoted to an AE and leadership has admitted they are not looking to hire anyone internally for AE's at the moment.
