- Supportive leadership, strong positive leaders at the top who understand that selling in manufacturing can be difficult and do all they can to support sales. - Tough product market fit for unfamiliar prospects, usually great once implementation is done - Real inbound leads are almost nonexistent. Almost no demo requests. "leads" are people who clicked a linkedin ad and have no clue who L2L is when you get in contact with them if you're able to reach them

My overall experience has come with very little inbound - it meant that each disco call comes with a life or death price tag. The brand doesn't interest anyone outside of a previous user - therefore sales are incredibly hard to come by thus the higher than average base salary.
