The rest of the reviews you'll read here sum it up well. Leapsome took a downturn in the past 12 months leading most of the skilled talent to resign. For those that stay there is not much to look out for. Compensation has historically been low, AEs have been working on commission rates between 3% and 6%. Company went downhill after the funding round. Compensation was never exceptional and while they adjusted it a few times, it remains sub-standard for AE roles. Combine that with very high ARR targets, now almost certainly unattainable, and you've a recipe for disaster.
