Company went downhill after the funding round. Compensation was never exceptional and while they adjusted it a few times, it remains sub-standard for AE roles. Combine that with very high ARR targets, now almost certainly unattainable, and you've a recipe for disaster. Unfortunately, never had strong sales leadership to begin with, and working at a new org these days, it's become even more apparent. Complete lack of professionalism, structure, or foresight.

Leapsome is an excellent org to sell for. CEO has a sales background, targets are achievable.

The rest of the reviews you'll read here sum it up well. Leapsome took a downturn in the past 12 months leading most of the skilled talent to resign.
