Worked at LN for just coming 3 years, very good inbound structure. Product is also market leading, horrible base salary and very out dated tech stack.

Overall, the low pay, the low lead areas, the subpar training and poor leadership made this role tough to go day in and day out. Burn out with increased goals and no leads or help from marketing lead to quite the high turn over.

My experience has been good overall. My particular division has experienced turnover throughout the years as it is growing which has been tough to work with at times - especially when that involved my direct manager.
