Overall, the low pay, the low lead areas, the subpar training and poor leadership made this role tough to go day in and day out. Burn out with increased goals and no leads or help from marketing lead to quite the high turn over.

Really bad! You are asked to work on PTO. Upper management is very poor. Good products though.

Good place to work overall. The training and culture are very good. Territory matters, even though they claim it doesn’t.

My overall experience was meh. Not all territories are treated equal, and little to no recognition of that exist. Better pay would motive.
