Good company to work for initially - lots of solutions but market saturated which made hard to sell. Lots of management changes which had negative impact on culture.

My overall experience was meh. Not all territories are treated equal, and little to no recognition of that exist. Better pay would motive.

Overall, the low pay, the low lead areas, the subpar training and poor leadership made this role tough to go day in and day out. Burn out with increased goals and no leads or help from marketing lead to quite the high turn over.
