They don't care as long as they get revenue. There is no real culture, just lip service. There hangs a sign that says "if you see it broken, fix it," but will not help you or train you.
You pick up phones on day 1 or 2.
Leadership berates the entire company on Zoom over anonymous employee feedback reports.
The CEO makes your job difficult and doesn't like it when you point out his mistakes; they will do anything for money or to get bought at the expense of the team and company.
The product is top-notch though.
