LiveFlow has very little red tape, which means that there's a lot of flexibility to pave your own best practices and get buy-in from leadership when things could be done better. Fairly mature org for how early on the company is

Leadership is unaware of how to run sales process. Fighting with AI bots for leads/cadences. Thousands of untouched inbound leads. They don't care as long as they get revenue. There is no real culture, just lip service. There hangs a sign that says "if you see it broken, fix it," but will not help you or train you. You pick up phones on day 1 or 2.
