During the time I joined, there was a lot of restructuring happening, which made it hard to get a lot of help and support when starting. If you sell a lot of cars, then you'll earn a lot based on the hourly wage and commissions. However, there will be some rough months in the car industry when it will be hard to hit goal, and you won't get commission that month.
