Former Employee This is a basic company led by a basic person totally incapable of managing his anger. Outbursts in the office were common and often targeted at junior females.
Commissions were calculated by what he feels he feels appropriate at the time. They also didn't pay tax correctly.
There is zero sales strategy, and the leadership team are completely oblivious to modern saas sales processes and tools.
New staff are offered a very generous $50k signing bonus which comes in the form of options which are totally worthless as you are not entitled to them if you ever leave the business.
