Recruiting industry is tanking with the economy. Leadership has made the comp plan to where it's very hard to get paid. Very uncertain future.

The company seems to be hurting to find where they should be in the market. While they have success in Australia, they are struggling to get a foothold in the US (aside from in EDU).
