Current Employee If you're looking for a company to fly under the radar with, this is it. There's very little time spent with management (think one, maybe two 1:1 meetings with your supervisor a month). It can be a short sales cycle which is nice, but you'll have an extremely difficult time collecting your commissions. The company is "paid when paid", and if your sold projects don't finish for 6 months to a year, you're not going to get any commission for at least a year and a half. If you leave before then, all earned commission are forfeited.
