My overall experience has been a negative one. There are good people on the team but upper management has double standards that some rules apply to some people and don't apply to others. If you're looking for a company to fly under the radar with, this is it. There's very little time spent with management (think one, maybe two 1:1 meetings with your supervisor a month).
