Current Employee My overall experience has been a negative one. There are good people on the team but upper management has double standards that some rules apply to some people and don't apply to others. Upper management does not want feedback even when it is valid and insightful on improving the company. They only care about hitting their metrics, and KPIs even when they are not reasonable and attainable and do not care about someone unless they are hitting their metrics. The unrealistic metrics then hurt your chances of advancement. The culture is negative and does not promote teamwork, actually the opposite. Not a lot of initiative for development or training.
