ModMed Started out great, but it became toxic really quickly. Then, layoffs started happening and the changes to the comp plan were horrendous. I think they created a bad comp plan to push people out. Several direct peers felt the same way.

Onboarding was quite a rough experience. Not a lot of help or hand-holding and just the expectation that you will figure things out. The product is amazing but this is not a sales first company. Selling is easier than many other places because of the product and the tools that they provide you. However, pay is not super high for this reason.

Overall an amazing place to work. Still working through specifics on sales side to make compensation fair and that is constantly fluctuating and changing.
