Can anyone share what quota achievement looks like on the Enterprise team? I'm curious how realistic the OTE is.

Enterprise you have the highest likelihood of success at Movable Ink, but it's very much a few people do well and the rest don't. Movable Ink is well suited as an enterprise solution, I would not say it's suited below enterprise however.

From my understanding the enterprise AEs have the most realistic quota expectations out of the whole sales org.

Everyone has the same OTE and quota within each sales level but make sure you know what accounts you are getting before you sign on. Not every seller is setup for success. Meaning,  certain account lists were owned by a revolving door of sellers that have been PIP'd out or left on their own because there is no chance of hitting goal. It's very black and white in terms of how you are judged. A seller that hits goal off one or two big existing accounts that are willing to spend money gets way more credit from leadership than someone who works very hard and does more with less sellable accounts but doesn't close as much.
