It also wasn't communicated that we were in an exploratory project for a client which could be cancelled at any moment. Lack of communication and transparency were at the root of most of the issues.

If you get clipped from a contract, you have 30 days to find a new one or you’re laid off. If you’re on the Accenture strategy side they give you six months it’s completely unfair.
