Current Employee2.9Jun 9, 2025whatever you do don't join the smb sales team. we are taken advantage of and are essentially glorified bdrs. the other sales teams are not expected to do full on outbound like we are. it's very obvious that leadership didn't think things through when they segmented out the sales teams.
