The compensation is there for the comp plan but reps only have 2 quarters to retire quota / user lics. on the deal sold. Limiting sales growth in the account (land and expand) before passing off to the CSM team. Makes it difficult to get the quota retirement from larger deals. more then 1k< users / licenses.

Nerdio recently got $500m in funding and hit $100m in ARR, yet they are doing mass layoffs. This company and it's leaders are some of the most toxic I've ever encountered.
