Nerdio recently got $500m in funding and hit $100m in ARR, yet they are doing mass layoffs. This company and it's leaders are some of the most toxic I've ever encountered. The product which once had amazing market fit is becoming obsolete by competitors and Microsoft themselves. It's obvious the founders took the funding to make a quick buck, and don't care what happens to the employees. Very typical of their kind.

whatever you do don't join the smb sales team. we are taken advantage of and are essentially glorified bdrs. the other sales teams are not expected to do full on outbound like we are. it's very obvious that leadership didn't think things through when they segmented out the sales teams.

Company is in growth mode and has very high growth targets. Because of this, quotas are pretty unattainable and almost no one hits accelerators outlined in the comp structure. The overall culture is good though and smart people work here.
