Higher quotas for the aftermarket sales team for 2025, also took away several multipliers that helped reps hit last year. Basically equates to a 30% quota increase, probably will be closer to 50-60% of reps hitting quota by EOY

It’s pretty terrible lately and keeps getting worse. The company clearly does not care about employees, look at the Glassdoor reviews as well.
