Overall still positive. Tough market as the only Canadian seller - exchange rate hurts win chances as I sell in USD. GSIs deeply embedded in Enterprise making it difficult to onboard with customers. Commercial accounts move faster but used to cheap local SIs. Still making good money and learning so happy where I am

New to role, but solid experience. Came from Salesforce selling ProServ, now doing it for one of their partners. Better comp structure & pay in general, more freedom, top SI partner, not much to complain about. Inbound lead is low because our prospecting comes thru engaging Salesforce AEs.
